i'm pretty sure obama just wants to be seen as someone who had made good "foreign policies"
right before he left office
a "quicky"
and that's never good
like
really no one is benefitting this
we should take time to invest in foreign policy and business trade agreements not just "settle" for an easy way out.
if obama wants to look good he would have started A really great agreement that would make everybody happy all the way around including the next presidential candidate no matter who that might be
though i'm assuming he's assuming it's hilary
and basically get the credit for the start of that and let hilary just finish her on up.
he needs to trust his cabinet more instead of just doing everything solo.
like, obviously this hurts "the world"
it hurst the economy no doubt
and it's really just not good for anyone all the way around.
